Comment Span Trifecta

So apparently a combination of Akismet, Bad Behavior and WP-SpamFree results in the elimination of comment spam. As for side effects, I can’t be sure at this point. Could render your site a slow moving tourist, induce vomiting, diharrea, headaches, and sudden death, or it could be holy water to the blood sucking, undead fuckers who waste our time.

I’ve long thought what we really need in the battle against spam is a Blade-like figure. You know, someone who tracks down the source of the filth and stakes them with extreme vengeance and a witty riposte, or maybe straps them into a chair, tapes their eyelids open, and forces them to watch a movie of their spam on a continuos loop, like A Clockwork Orange, but more brutal.
