Only in America
I would think anyone who has not yet shit their soul down the toilet would think passing a law that exempts overseas contractors from reporting any fraud, abuse or waste is an excruciatingly bad idea. It’s allowing the pedophile to drive the school bus. But this isn’t really the absurd part of the story. The absurd part of the story is no one knows how the language that excuses cheats and liars from cheating and lying got into the bill in the first place. Only in America.
